A2 Dominion New Homes needed their own distinct identity to break into the private housing sector. It had to work for a massive audience, from single buyers, to rental and shared ownership, and be flexible enough to work across the overall brand and development sub-brands.

To cater for multiple sub-brands we create flexible templates, enabling the client to be consistent across future developments.

The FABRICA website received around 13,000 unique visits in the two weeks following launch, and was shortlisted for a Property Marketing Award 2015.
